Product Description
- The RUBBER mounted points are especially suitable for universal use on soft materials such as rubber, plastic and wood.
- The areas of application include the removal of burrs on injection-molded plastic parts, the trimming of molded rubber parts and molded parts made of polyurethane (PUR), the grinding of wooden cores and wooden molds in model making workshops, and the roughening of various glued areas (e.g. when repairing conveyor belts and tires).
- The ZY cylinder shape is ideal for grinding radii, contours and deburring work.
- The RUBBER mounted points have an open structure and large chip spaces thanks to hollow spherical corundum and are very easy to grind.
- The machining of temperature-sensitive materials is possible without the addition of cooling lubricants thanks to the large chip spaces.
- RUBBER mounted points achieve their best performance at a cutting speed of 5 to 20 m / s.
