Product Description
- PFERD VB long belts are used universally for the surface treatment of metals in stationary applications.
- The belts are suitable for removing pre-grinding marks, removing oxidation and for light deburring work.
- PFERD long belts achieve matt and semi-gloss surfaces.
- The belts achieve a high level of cost-effectiveness thanks to their high sanding performance and long service life.
- The abrasive belts have a high tear resistance with optimum flexibility.
- The very good grain adhesion guarantees consistent work results.
- For best performance, use at a recommended cutting speed of 5-15 m/s.
- Use a suitable grinding oil for the material in order to significantly increase the service life and grinding performance of the tools.
- Suitable tool drives are belt sanders.
