Product Description
- The HM burrs according to DIN 8032 with TOUGH serrations were specially developed for rough applications in shipyards, foundries and in steel construction.
- They are also suitable for use in all production areas in which, due to difficult production conditions, tooth breakage or damage to conventional burrs often occurs.
- Tungsten carbide burrs with TOUGH cut are particularly aggressive and are characterized by high material removal.
- The innovative special serrations with extreme impact insensitivity minimize tooth chipping and burr breakage.
- The burrs can also be used in the low speed range.
- The extreme resistance to impact enables it to be used as a long shaft variant.
- Machinable materials are cast iron, steel and cast steel.
- The TOUGH and TOUGH-S cuts can be used on materials up to 54 HRC.
