Product Description
  • Carbide burrs for universal applications are suitable for fine and coarse stock removal on the most important industrial materials such as steel, cast steel, stainless steel (INOX), non-ferrous metals and cast iron.
  • The round-arch-shaped carbide burr is used in the fields of industry, trade, construction sites etc. and is used for deburring, processing contours, for chamfering and rounding edges, for milling out to prepare welds, for preparing and leveling weld seams, for cleaning of casting and changing geometries.
Application
  • The carbide burr with HICOAT HC-FEP coating with cross-cut teeth for iron and steel materials is extremely hard and wear-resistant. Improved sliding properties ensure effective chip evacuation.
  • The carbide burr is characterized by a very high temperature resistance, high material removal and an increased service life.
  • These burrs can also be used in the higher cutting speed range compared to uncoated burrs.
