Product Description
  • Tungsten carbide burrs with long steel shank and 3 PLUS cut are particularly suitable for machining cast iron, steel, stainless steel (INOX), nickel-based and titanium alloys in particularly hard-to-reach areas.
Application
  • The ogival burr is suitable for milling out hard aluminum alloys.
  • The long steel shaft can be shortened by the user if the application requires it.
  • To prevent kinking, the tool must be brought into contact with the workpiece before it is switched on.
  • It is important to use only backlash-free drives or clamping systems, burrs with a long steel shaft are not suitable for robot or stationary use.
  • The processing tasks include milling, leveling, deburring, creating openings, surface processing, milling and welding seam processing.
  • The drive types are flexible shaft drive and straight grinder.
  • The 3 PLUS cut achieves a high material removal rate.
  • The carbide burr achieves a high and economical cutting performance and a long service life due to the optimal coordination of toothing, carbide and geometry.
  • Thanks to the exact concentricity, impact-free work without chatter marks is possible and the tool drive wears less.
