Product Description
  • The TOUGH carbide burrs with serrations have been specially developed for rough applications in shipyards, foundries and steel construction.
  • They are also suitable for use in all production areas in which, due to difficult production conditions, tooth breakage or damage to conventional burrs often occurs.
Application
  • Tungsten carbide burrs with TOUGH cut are particularly aggressive and are characterized by high material removal.
  • The innovative special serrations with extreme impact insensitivity minimize tooth chipping and burr breakage.
  • The burrs can also be used in the low speed range.
  • The extreme resistance to impact enables it to be used as a long shaft variant.
  • Machinable materials are cast iron, steel and cast steel.
  • The TOUGH and TOUGH-S cuts can be used on materials up to 54 HRC.
