Product Description
- Carbide burrs for universal applications are suitable for fine and coarse stock removal on the most important industrial materials such as steel, cast steel, stainless steel (INOX), non-ferrous metals and cast iron.
- The cylindrical carbide burr is used in the fields of industry, trade, construction sites, etc. and is used for deburring, processing contours, for chamfering and rounding edges, for milling out to prepare welds, for preparing and leveling weld seams, for cleaning of casting and changing geometries.
- The cylindrical burr made of hard metal achieves a high and economical cutting performance and has a long service life due to the optimal coordination of toothing, hard metal and geometry.
- Thanks to the exact concentricity, impact-free work without chatter marks is possible and the tool drive wears less.
- For the economical use of burrs with a shaft diameter of 6 mm or more, a drive power of 300 to 500 W is required in the upper speed range
- To avoid accidents and premature wear, only backlash-free clamping systems / drives should be used.
- Suitable tool drives are flexible shaft drives, straight grinders, robots and machine tools.
