Product Description
- The POLINOX compact grinding wheel enables the rounding of edges, the fine grinding of implants, the grinding of transitions on turbine blades and the removal of traces of machining on surgical instruments.
- The wheels can be used on stationary machines and bench grinders, but also with portable tool drives such as straight grinders.
- The compact grinding wheel has a spirally wound fleece, which guarantees a constant release of the sharp abrasive.
- Due to the structure of the abrasive fleece, the running direction must be strictly adhered to in order to prevent destruction of the tool and to avoid accidents.
- For security reasons, the max. permissible speed are not exceeded.
- The grinding wheels produce matt surfaces.
- The wheels can also be adapted to the geometry of a special workpiece by dressing.
- The grinding wheels are extremely economical due to their high grinding performance and service life, and they achieve a high surface quality.
