Product Description
- The PFERD POLICLEAN PLUS disc is intended for rough cleaning work such as B. Removal of paint, scale, annealing colors, rust and adhesive residues suitable.
- POLICLEAN is a coarsely structured, abrasive cleaning fleece that was developed from a special combination of synthetic fibers and abrasive grain.
- The cleaning fleece is glued to a glass fabric support plate.
- This means that POLICLEAN-PLUS discs can be used with face grinding.
- The grinding wheel has a flexible and open structure, which prevents clogging and creates a cooler finish.
- The grinding wheel does not leave any corrosive residues on the workpiece and adapts perfectly to the contour of the workpiece.
- The PLUS version (blue) has significantly higher stock removal rates with a very good service life and is very aggressive.
- The disc is preferably used on low-speed angle grinders.
- For best performance, use at a recommended cutting speed of 30–35 m / s.
- The disc can be used on almost all materials.
