Product Description
- The PFERD abrasive sleeves are used for rough grinding tasks in metalworking.
- The high proportion of zirconium oxide results in an extremely effective self-sharpening effect and contributes to excellent cutting performance with cool grinding and a long tool life.
- The particularly high material removal rate and the high level of aggressiveness of the abrasive guarantee maximum cost-effectiveness.
- Suitable, reusable abrasive sleeve carriers in a suitable shape are available for the use of abrasive sleeves.
- By expanding the carrier during use, a secure fit of the grinding caps and sleeves is guaranteed.
- A suitable grinding oil must be used for the material in order to significantly increase the service life and grinding performance of the tool.
