Product Description
  • The PFERD CC-GRIND grinding wheel is used for processing stainless steel (INOX), especially for processing weld seams and for chamfering and deburring stainless steel.
Application
  • With the CC-GRIND-SOLID, PFERD offers the modern, powerful and ergonomic alternative to the grinding wheel.
  • The VICTOGRAIN product CC-GRIND-SOLID of the special SGP line combines the best available abrasives with the most modern, innovative tool designs from PFERD and thus guarantees ultimate aggressiveness for the fastest work progress.
  • Although the VICTOGRAIN tools only have one layer of abrasive grain, they offer an outstanding service life - longer than grinding disks and many serrated lock washers.
  • Noise and vibrations are reduced by 50%, dust by 80%.
  • The optimal angle of incidence of the VICTOGRAIN abrasive grain on the workpiece generates less heat that is introduced into the workpiece and the power requirement of the tool drive is lower.
  • Use the SFS CC-GRIND clamping flange set for optimum performance with a flat angle of attack.
  • Use only with the surface, not suitable for peripheral grinding.
  • The drive type are angle grinders.
