Product Description
- The DV-5425SS needle valve was specially developed for dispensing low to medium viscosity materials such as adhesives, UV adhesives, alcohols/methanol, oils, greases or lubricants. The medium can be dispensed flexibly from the smallest droplets to a continuous bead shape. The needle valve is pneumatically controlled and the opening gap can be finely adjusted using the adjusting screw. The slim design of the needle valve allows a high packing density when installed in automated lines.
- The valve body of the DV-5425SS needle valve is made of stainless steel. In the rest position, the valve is closed and opens pneumatically. The valve needle moves upwards out of the seat as far as the stop, allowing the material to flow from the material inlet to the material outlet. The opening stroke can be finely adjusted up to the stop using the knurled screw. The valve closes using spring force; it can be accelerated with auxiliary air when closing.
