Product Description
- The central heating system manifold is used in residential, commercial and industrial heating systems to distribute the heat transfer medium from a single heat source to multiple manifolds or control units. The motorized distribution and control unit can be used flexibly in traditional radiator systems as well as in modern space heating systems. It can also be installed in combination with both boilers and heat pumps. The distribution and control unit for central heating systems also provides the supply of a heat transfer medium to heating or air conditioning systems.
- For operation in different user zones with a single heat source, optimal zoning is made possible by mounting several distribution units on one central heating system manifold.
- Distribution units are ideal components for the optimization of a central heating system, both in terms of energy efficiency of the system and the operation and maintenance of the system.
- The motorized distribution and control unit is more complex than simple direct distributors. It provides the supply of a heat transfer fluid from a primary side to a secondary side. In low-temperature space heating systems, they maintain the fluid temperature at the set value. The control unit here can be equipped with an electric actuator so that the opening and closing of the mixing valve can be motorized via an electronic control unit.
- Due to the small distance of 90 mm between flow and return, an extremely compact installation is possible.
- The direct manifold comes with an EPP insulation housing, a wall bracket, a primary shut-off ball valve, a secondary shut-off ball valve with thermometers, and a high-efficiency circulation pump.
- The positioning of the components inside the thermal shell is changeable, which allows to reverse the flow and the return during installation.
