Product Description
- The milling pin is suitable for machining, deburring, machining contours, chamfering and rounding edges, for preparing and leveling welds and for changing the geometry of stainless steel (INOX)
- The operation can be carried out with compressed air or electric drives and bending shafts
- Milling pin made of tungsten carbide in drop form, with special INOX teeth, specially developed for processing stainless steel (INOX), which has a cutting performance of up to 100% and increases the service life
- Due to the low heat development, initial colors are prevented in the material, and due to the optimal chip formation, a high-quality surface finish is achieved
- Thanks to "PFERDERGONOMICS", vibration and noise are reduced, and work comfort is increased
- For the economical use of the milling pins with a shaft diameter of 6 mm and above, a drive power of 300 to 500 W is required in the upper speed range
- In order to avoid accidents and premature wear, only play-free clamping systems / drives should be used
