Product Description
- The milling pin is suitable for contour milling, deburring, trimming and creating breakthroughs on fiber-reinforced plastics GRP and CFK
- The centering tip particularly allows the handset
- Milling pin of hard metal in cylindrical shape with three different teeth and a centering tip
- The toothing PLAST allows work on less hard, fiber-reinforced thermoplastics and glass- and carbon-fiber reinforced thermosets (fiber content ≤ 40%), delaminations are minimized
- The teeth FVK and FVKS are suitable for hard glass and carbon fiber reinforced duoplasts (fiber content> 40%), the milling behavior is particularly quiet, smooth cutting edges can be produced
- The teeth enable a high feed speed with a quiet milling behavior
- Thanks to "PFERDERGONOMICS", vibration and noise are reduced, the work comfort is increased
