Product Description
- The Master Mould 100 ultrasonic cleaner is used in the plastic injection molding industry for cleaning mold inserts.
- The product is aqueous and can thoroughly remove various contaminants such as plastic outgassing, plastic residues, grease, corrosion inhibitors or flash rust.
- The ultrasonic cleaner is particularly effective due to the anti-blacking agent. The active ingredient prevents certain types of steel from becoming darker during the cleaning process.
- The product is suitable for many materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum and non-ferrous metals.
- Master Mould 100 is VOC-free and can be used in existing cleaning plants with oil separators, because it demulsifies carried-in oil.
- Cleaning in recirculating systems such as the hot water parts washer, Bio-Circle Turbo and HP is not possible because the cleaner foams.
