Product Description
- The MCP-16RC Air Purification Tower is a compact cartridge filter for indoor installation for decentralized air purification when air recirculation is possible.
- The tower is suitable for the extraction of dust, combustible dust, vapors and smoke in workshops.
- The filter is supplied as a compact unit with a fan module.
- The air is sucked in at floor level and cleaned and distributed back into the room via nozzles on the top of the filter.
- The filter is supplied ready to use (plug & play).
- The control, the fan and the control cabinet are completely pre-wired with each other, only the power supply and the mechanical installation need to be done on site.
- The filter cartridges are made of degradable material, they are automatically cleaned by an efficient compressed air system with low energy consumption.
- The cleaning is activated by an integrated differential pressure measurement.
- The base frame with dust discharge funnel and collecting container is on castors.
- The 37 liter container with pressure equalization hose and filter housing with suction opening on the bottom is autom. opening and closing.
- The fan in the soundproof housing is placed on the filter module.
- The exhaust nozzle on the fan module is equipped with 60 exhaust nozzles.
- The MCP-16RC is extremely easy to maintain thanks to the following features: Front arrangement at operator height of the cleaning valves, the compressed air tank and the filter cartridges, easy to empty dust container.
