Product Description
- The high-vacuum valve is ideally suited for all applications in the high-vacuum area when using compressed air tools.
- This valve is ideal for applications that require cartridge valves that close automatically without removing the hose.
- The high-vacuum valve opens and closes the vacuum line synchronously with the operation of the respective tool by means of a pneumatic cylinder.
- The cylinder is controlled by means of a flow valve (for pneumatic tools).
- This high-vacuum valve reduces the drive power required for the vacuum unit, as the suction line is only opened when the tools are in operation (cf. arc time when welding).
- When combined with a microswitch (AS-Set), the unit is controlled at the same time (start/stop).
- The closing time delay (optional) detects residual dust and after-smoke with the adjustable closing time.
- On the suction side, the valve is conical on the inside to accommodate series 50 hose connectors.
- The valve is supplied with a connecting collar for the external connection of the pipeline.
