Product Description
- The flexible clamp profile hose is ideal for extracting hot and cold gases.
- The CP HiTex 485 high-temperature hose is suitable for high-temperature extraction in foundries, blast furnaces, smelters, the ceramics industry, the glass industry, steelworks or aluminum smelters.
- Another area of application for the hose is, for example, the extraction of engine exhaust fumes or use as an above-floor underfloor extraction system.
- The CP HiTex 485 suction hose is highly flexible and compressible, it impresses with its abrasion protection thanks to the outer clamping profile and the tension-resistant clamping in the clamping profile.
- The hose has a multi-layer hose wall, is very heat-resistant, insulating and suitable for slight overpressure.
- Wall material - specially coated glass fabric inside and out
- Clamping profile support spiral - galvanized steel
- Inner Ø - 100-102 to 508 mm
- Outer Ø - 115 to 523 mm
- Bending radius - 53 to 217 mm
- Temperature range - -60°C to 500°C - briefly up to 550°C
