Product Description
- The DV-5370 high-pressure valve is used in industrial systems. It is ideal for processing highly viscous media such as silicones (RTV), adhesives, oils and greases. The stainless steel version is also suitable for UV adhesives and methacrylates. The valve is also designed for extremely high material pressures.
- The valve body of the DV-5370 high-pressure valve is optionally made of aluminum or stainless steel. The high-pressure dosing valve is pneumatically actuated. The valve is equipped with a suck-back effect to achieve an exact media release after the dosing process. The piston is pushed forward as soon as compressed air of at least 4 bar is present at the air inlet, triggering the dosing process. The piston retracts into the seal when the valve closes. This draws material into the nozzle and produces a clean thread break.
