Product Description
- The Breeze Constant-Torque® Heavy Duty (HKF) worm drive clamp is the ideal solution for heavy-duty applications with temperature fluctuations.
- The 15.8 mm wide, spring-loaded high-performance worm drive clamp is suitable for use under the highest loads in industry as well as in vehicle and plant construction, superimposed with high pressure and temperature changes, such as in the charge air area.
- The spring assembly dampens vibration stresses on rigid connections or serves as length compensation in the event of thermal expansion or hose settlement effects.
- The clamp has a very high performance capability in accordance with SAE standard J1508 type "SLHD".
- Material - Chrome-nickel steel 1.4016 (W2)
- Screw material - galvanized steel (Cr VI-free)
- Clamping range-Ø - 45 to 168 mm
- Band width - 15.8 mm
- Operating torque - up to 12 Nm
- Hexagon head screw - 10 mm - band edges rounded
