Product Description
- The HP Vigo manual parts washer is ideal for use in all areas of industrial production as well as in maintenance and metalworking workshops.
- Painted surfaces, stainless steel, steel or plastic, for example, can be cleaned highly efficiently using a suitable cleaning medium.
- The HP Vigo manual high-pressure parts washer is equipped with a large work surface in a closed washing cabin with a large viewing window. It has a cascade to protect the pump from dirt and impurities. This extends the service life of the pump and optimizes the performance of the HP Vigo. The increased tank volume of 125 liters also leads to a longer service life.
- Fan jet nozzles ensure optimum window cleaning for good visual control of the work steps.
- The system is equipped with a compressed air gun to dry the cleaned parts.
- An enlarged opening angle of the lid makes it possible to insert workpieces weighing up to 150 kg by crane loading.
- The system uses a high-pressure nozzle, adjustable up to 80 bar, to remove the heaviest soiling caused by oils, greases and environmental dirt from entire components without having to dismantle them first.
- The high-pressure pump can only be activated via a foot switch when the lid is closed.
- The use of recyclable, VOC-free and label-free Bio-Circle cleaners such as CB 100, Liquid EVO or L Star significantly increases occupational safety and considerably reduces operating costs by extending the service life of the system.
