Product Description
- The HP Vigo manual parts washer is ideal for use in all areas of industrial production as well as in maintenance and metalworking workshops.
- Painted surfaces, stainless steel, steel or plastic, for example, can be cleaned highly efficiently using a suitable cleaning medium.
- With the HP Vigo and BIO-CIRCLE L Evo package, manual parts cleaning at high-pressure level is possible in a closed washing booth.
- The start-up package includes a BIO-CIRCLE HP VIGO and six 20-liter canisters of L EVO.
- The enclosed washing cabin with high pressure removes the heaviest soiling such as oil, grease, environmental dirt, etc. from materials such as stainless steel, steel, plastic, painted surfaces and many more.
- The use of recyclable, VOC-free and label-free cleaners and degreasers increases occupational safety and reduces operating costs.
- The working pressure can be adjusted up to 80 bar via a high-pressure nozzle.
- Thanks to the good visibility, optimum windshield cleaning is possible with fan jet nozzles.
- High-pressure cleaning is only possible with the washing chamber closed; the high-pressure pump is activated via a foot switch.
- The compressed air gun is used to dry the parts.
- The coarse opening angle of the lid makes crane loading possible - pure ease of work for the user!
- Oxygen is supplied exclusively via the compressed air supply; there is no integrated compressor.
- Together with the recyclable, VOC-reduced and label-free cleaner L EVO, occupational safety is significantly increased and the operating costs of the system are significantly reduced by extending the service life of the system.
- L EVO - the green all-rounder - cleans aluminium, galvanized surfaces and non-ferrous metals as well as steel, stainless steel and plastics (such as PE).
- At 41 °C to 50 °C, L EVO performs medium to heavy cleaning and degreasing tasks and is environmentally friendly and safe.
