Product Description
- The grinding wheel in star form is suitable for gradual cleaning and fine sanding on inner surfaces of pipe bends, for rounding pipe ends and for deburring bores
- It is to be used especially for the material stainless steel (INOX)
- Application
- Very flexible, multi-layered grinding wheel, with stainless steel rivet to prevent corrosion on stainless steel pipes
- Depending on the grain size, very fine surface finishes can be achieved (please observe the roughness values)
- The grinding wheel with the grain size 60 consists of 4 layers, all other grain sizes from 3 layers
- For straight, deep pipes, please use a suitable tool holder (not included)
- For safety reasons the max. Permissible speed can not be exceeded
- Dimensions (D x H) - 20 x 1.6 to 50 x 3 mm
- Grain size - 60 to 320
- Roughness value - 0.2 to 1.3 μm
- Rec. Speed - 1500 to 3000 min-1
- Max. Permissible speed - 3820 to 7650 min-1
- Suitable for pipe diameters - 35 to 40 mm to 60 to 65 mm
