Product Description
- the grinding wheel allows coarse grinding tasks and fettling
- it is in the fields of tool and mold (also Model), mechanical and automotive engineering, used in the aerospace industry as well as in engine repair and the tank and apparatus
- Application
- Grinding wheel with good cutting performance and a longer service life and material removal rate compared to sanding sheets
- by the high-performance zirconia alumina abrasive grinding the best performance is achieved at an elevated pressure
- thanks to the COMBIDISC® method it is easy to use, provides a vibration-free running and does not need to be glued or dissolved by heat, whereby the tool change can be carried out quickly
- by the clamping system CDR has the screw on the tool side of an external thread and is compatible with the following systems: Roloc ™, Lockit, speed Lok TR, Power Lock Type III, fast lock system B and Roll-On
- by "PFERDERGONOMICS®" the vibration, noise and dust will be reduced with the use and improve the working comfort
- Please note that for safety reasons the max. permissible speed must not be exceeded
- for a long service life and constant grinding performance, use an appropriate grinding oil
