Product Description
- The grinding wheel is suitable for processing contours and concave surfaces and ensures a seamless transition in the microsection on metals
- It is used in the fields of tool and mold making (including model making), mechanical and automotive engineering, in the aerospace industry, as well as in engine repair and container and apparatus construction
- flexible grinding wheel with the abrasive Korund A-FLEX
- Thanks to the COMBIDISC® process, it is easy to use, offers vibration-free running and does not have to be glued or loosened by heat, which means that the tool can be changed quickly
- The CD clamping system has an internal thread on the tool side and is compatible with the following systems: PSG, Power Lock Type II "turn on", SocAtt and Turn-On
- "PFERDERGONOMICS®" reduces vibrations, noise and dust during use and improves working comfort
- please note that for safety reasons the max. permissible speed must not be exceeded
- To support the flexibility of the grinding wheel, a soft sanding pad holder should be used (not included)
- for a long service life and consistent grinding performance please use a suitable grinding oil
- Material abrasive - corundum A-FLEX
- Diameter - 38 or 75 mm
- Grain size - 60 FLEX to 120 FLEX
- Rec. Speed - 5000 to 16000 min-1
- Max. permissible peripheral speed - 50 m / s
