Product Description
- the grinding wheel is suitable for machining contours and concave surfaces and ensures a seamless transition in the grinding pattern on metals
- it is used in the fields of tool and mold construction (including model construction), machine and automobile construction, in the aerospace industry, as well as in engine repair and container and apparatus construction
- flexible grinding wheel with the abrasive corundum A-FLEX
- Thanks to the COMBIDISC® process, it is easy to use, offers vibration-free running and does not have to be glued or loosened by heat, which means that the tool can be changed quickly
- Thanks to the CDR clamping system, the screw connection on the tool side has an external thread and is compatible with the following systems: Roloc ™, Lockit, Speed Lok TR, Power Lock Type III, Fastlock System B and Roll-On
- "PFERDERGONOMICS®" reduces vibrations, noise and dust during use and improves working comfort
- please note that for safety reasons the max. permissible speed must not be exceeded
- To support the flexibility of the grinding wheel, a soft grinding wheel holder should be used (not included)
- For a long service life and constant grinding performance, please use a suitable grinding oil
- Abrasive material - Corundum A-FLEX
- Diameter - 38 or 75 mm
- Grain size - 60 FLEX to 120 FLEX
