Product Description
- The grinding pin is suitable for the stationary internal grinding of workpieces, rolling, ball bearing and tool steels as well as other hardened steel types with a hardness of approx. 54 HRC
- The cylindrical grinding pin consists of CBN (cubic crystalline boron nitride) on a galvanic bond and can be used in wet and dry grinding
- The shaft of the grinding pin is made of hard metal, whereby the elastic modulus is increased approximately three-fold
- The service life and the material removal are very high owing to the use of the superhard abrasive CBN
- The single-layered assignment eliminates elaborate dressing, thus reducing unproductive secondary times
