- The system of the EVOLUTION series solvent distillers can be optionally extended by a forced oil cooling system.
- It is used in particular to provide additional safety and efficiency in applications with high process temperatures.
- There are several advantages to using this optional module:
- On the one hand, a defined discharge temperature can be set, which makes it possible to safely fill the hot waste into temperature-critical containers.
- Secondly, the formation of solvent vapors is effectively prevented during the emptying phase, which significantly increases process reliability.
- In addition, the oil can be changed quickly and easily using the pump, which considerably simplifies and speeds up routine maintenance work.
- The system consists of a high-temperature resistant pump that continuously circulates the thermal oil through a cooler with an integrated cooling fan.
