Product Description

FireBird is a proven setting tool for blind rivet nuts, powered by Li-ion energy.
The product stands out for its power, as it can be used flexibly and wirelessly on construction sites and in industrial manufacturing with a 14.4-volt battery.

Application

FireBird also offers a high level of safety. The blind rivet nut is drilled on with optimized torque, whereby the device switches off automatically.
The setting process is functionally triggered separately from the untwisting process. After completion of the setting process, the untwisting function takes place automatically. The mandrel can be drilled off with high torque. The setting tool is robust and compact with an impact-resistant housing.
The ergonomic design enables low-fatigue work. The balanced center of gravity and the hand-friendly handle contribute to this. In addition, the stroke adjustment is easy to make.
FireBird works with Li-ion energy. It is equipped with a quick-change battery with 1.3 Ah (standard equipment), optionally a power battery with 2.6 Ah can be used. The battery has no memory effect and has a high energy density due to a high voltage level.
The low weight allows extremely easy and fast work. In addition, the self-discharge is very low.
The device can be placed on the battery due to the battery shape.
FireBird is characterized by its speed. Twisting on the blind rivet nuts is simple and safe.
The setting speed remains constant, and there is an automatic switchover from setting to stripping. A quick-change system for threaded mandrels is also available.
