Product Description
- Fibre washer for use in industry and crafts, especially in the machining of hard and poorly heat-conducting materials
- for use with standard angle grinders
- suitable for machining welds, deburring of components made of steel and stainless steel (INOX), for rough grinding work, the removal of rolling and casting skin and for processing hard to reach areas such as cooling fins
- Application
- the fiber disc is characterized by a uniform scratch pattern, a very high removal rate, high flexibility and excellent grain adhesion
- by aggressive grinding ceramic grain, it offers the highest machining, the grinding active additives prevent clogging, bring a cooler grinding and allow specially machining hard materials and layers
- the best grinding performance is achieved in conjunction with high-performance angle grinders
- thanks to the COMIBCLICK® system, the disc can be clamped quickly and securely locked at its tool, the support plate is not included
- by "PFERDERGONOMICS®" the vibration, noise and dust will be reduced with the use and improve the working comfort
- "PFERDEFFICIENCY" stands for increased productivity and tool life, saving time, energy and waste disposal costs are reduced
- Please note that for safety reasons the max. permissible speed must not be exceeded
- for a long service life and constant grinding performance, use an appropriate grinding oil
