Product Description
- The through-hole machine tap set D371B is suitable for cutting metric threads in sizes M3 to M12. Use with emulsion or oil is recommended; the taps are only suitable for use with air to a limited extent.
- The taps in the 14-piece through-hole machine tap set D371B are made from HSS-E material, have a bright coating and are straight-fluted. They have a metric ISO thread in accordance with DIN 13, a reinforced shank or an overflow shank, the B chamfer shape with peel cut (3.5-5 threads) and a 2 x D through hole. The DIN 338 type N core drills also included in the set are made of HSS and steam-treated. They have a 118° point angle. The drill bit set is supplied in a practical, clearly arranged plastic case.
