Product Description
- Thanks to its special design, the DAPS quarter turn actuator is ideal for use in the process industry. It is suitable for use with compressed air. Thanks to the connection diagram in accordance with Namur VDI/VDE 3845, solenoid valves can be easily mounted on the quarter-turn actuator.
- The cover and housing of the DAPS part-turn actuator are made of aluminum, while the shaft and screws are made of high-alloy steel. It also has seals made of FKM, NBR and PUR. The materials used are RoHS-compliant. The lever-rocker kinematics generate the torque, which is very advantageous for overcoming high breakaway torques of the valve. Thanks to their robustness and torque gradation, DAPS quarter-turn actuators primarily control valves with a medium flow, such as ball valves and butterfly valves. The maximum angle of rotation is 90°. The part-turn actuator impresses with its compact design, its torque curve adapted to process valves and its low wear, which is made possible by simple and robust mechanics. The DAPS-RS quarter-turn actuator is single-acting, pushing and also has a spring.
