Product Description
- E-WELD 2 is used as a microemulsion for high-temperature welding, especially in welding applications in which undesired weld spatter adheres to the welding system or the workpiece.
- The weld release agent is used specifically for welding temperature-controlled thin sheets or multi-layer weld seams made of VA materials, steel and other metals.
- E-WELD 2 is used effectively in vehicle construction, special construction, steel construction, container and boiler construction, crane construction, the automotive and supplier industry and other metal processing companies to protect welding nozzles and welding accessories.
- E-WELD 2 prevents weld spatter from adhering in the vicinity of welding work.
- The odorless welding release agent develops a good wetting effect and creates a thin film as a boundary layer between the hot splashes and the treated surface.
- Subsequent galvanizing or painting is possible without any problems.
- The solvent- and silicone-free microemulsion contains good temporary corrosion protection and provides excellent protection for welding nozzles and welding accessories.
- The stable emulsion prevents the active ingredients from separating during storage.
- A hand spray gun with an opening diameter of at least 1.8 mm or the practical compressed air spray system AUTRASYS is recommended for applying the welding release agent.
- E-WELD 2 is offered in container sizes of 20 L or 200 L.
