Product Description
- The DT Sepa Paint pleated carton filters are particularly suitable for use in work areas with extreme humidity, e.g. in paint shops and spray booths, especially in the metal, wood, plastics, automotive and furniture industries. The filter is also used in extraction systems for filtering particles from filler, glue, adhesives, silicone, etc.. It is also suitable as a pre-filter in combination with glass fiber mats (point-stop) to increase the service life.
- The folding cardboard filter consists of a sturdy gray cardboard with a white, water-repellent surface and high temperature resistance. It gives the surface structure additional inherent rigidity and storage capacity. The DT Sepa Paint is glued in two layers and folded like an accordion. An integrated paper tape determines how far the filter needs to be pulled apart. Due to the geometry of the filter, the air flow loaded with particles is diverted several times, whereby these particles are deposited on the wall surface. The air can flow out unhindered through the rear openings. The filter is manufactured in the EU and is very easy to install, replace, remove or recycle. It can be installed both vertically and horizontally. The low costs of purchase, filter replacement and disposal result in prompt and noticeable cost savings in the painting process.
