Product Description
- The cutting disc is an abrasive designed for demanding cutting tasks and allows the separation of profiles, pipes and solid material from cast iron, stone, plastic and non-ferrous metals
- It is particularly suitable for separation tasks which require high lateral stability and is used with high-performance stationary cut-off machines
- Soft and straight cut-off HORSE performance line SG-ELASTIC with two outside fabrics
- It has a very long service life and a very high lateral stability
- Thanks to the smooth separation surface and the bare cutting pattern during cold cutting, post-processing is not necessary
- The cutting disc has a self-sharpening effect, whereby the cutting quality over the total consumption of the disc is uniformly high
- The noise level during hot cutting is lower at 85 to 95 dBA than in hot sawing (105 to 110 dBA)
- For safety reasons the max. Permissible speed can not be exceeded
