Product Description
- The cutting disc is a universal release agent for hot and cold cutting of stainless steel profiles, tubes and solid material
- the separation of cooled rolled and forged pieces in the hot cutting line is possible
- for use with cut-off machines up to 3 KW
- very soft and straight cutting disc of the PFERD universal line PS-FORTE with middle fabric, long service life, less lateral friction and an aggressive and low-profile separation behavior
- The abrasive corundum is made without chlorine-, sulfur- and iron-containing fillers
- thanks to the smooth parting surface and the clear cut pattern during cold cutting, reworking is not necessary
- the cutting disc has a self-sharpening effect, whereby the quality of cut is consistently high over the total consumption of the disc
- the noise level during hot cutting is lower with 85 to 95 dBA than with hot sawing (105 to 110 dBA)
- for safety reasons, the max. permissible speed can not be exceeded
