Product Description
- The counting system is suitable for counting the smallest parts even in large quantities.
- The reference scale can also be used separately as a simple counting scale for piece count and weight determination.
- The high-precision counting system consists of a quantity scale and a reference scale.
- The CAL calibration program enables precise adjustment of the scales (test or calibration weight not included in the scope of delivery).
- The reference scale offers a memory for 100 items with additional text, reference weights and tare weights, the keypad can be used to program the desired reference piece count and the known reference weight.
- Automatic reference optimization gradually improves the average value of the corresponding part weight.
- In addition, a target weight can be programmed, and an acoustic and visual signal indicates that the target value has been reached.
- The quantity scale serves as a quantity counter with high precision and consists of a stainless steel weighing plate with a painted steel base and is protected against dust and splash water.
- The bubble level and the foot screws allow the platform to be precisely leveled and guarantee the most accurate weighing results.
- The system is equipped with an RS-232 data interface for connecting a printer, PC, etc. and a secondary scale interface.1
- The calibration certificate is available on request.
