Product Description
- This compact and lightweight induction heater with LED lighting enables heating of bolts and nuts without heating up the surrounding components strongly or even destroying them, as is often the case when heating with welding torches.
- The induction heater can be used, for example, for suspension joint clamping bolts and other bolted connections on the axle and engine.
- Thanks to the shapeless coil, the induction heater is also ideally suited for heating components such as bearings, where heating facilitates disassembly or assembly.
- An alternating electromagnetic field builds up inside the induction coil.
- The metallic object (for example a nut) in the induction coil acts like an electrical resistor to the induced eddy currents and thus heats up.
- Within a very short time, for example, rusted nuts can be heated and thus loosened.
- The scope of delivery includes the following induction coils:
