Product Description
  • The coating thickness gauge is used in industry and in car workshops.
  • It is suitable for measuring non-magnetic coatings on magnetic (steel, iron, etc.) and non-magnetic metals (aluminium, brass, etc.).
Application
  • The digital coating thickness gauge combines the principle of magnetic induction for non-magnetic coatings on magnetic metals and the eddy current principle for non-magnetic coatings on non-magnetic metals.
  • The following non-magnetic layers can be measured: aluminium, chrome, copper, rubber, lacquer, paint, enamel, plastics.
  • The device is adjusted or corrected using the calibration block, zero plate and adjustment foil incl.
  • The scan mode enables continuous measurement data acquisition and display on the display, and the device display can be set to 0.
  • With the offset-accurate function, the device can be set exactly to the measuring range by means of a two-point calibration, which increases the precision.
  • The internal data memory offers space for up to 99 values, the internal mini-statistic function shows measured value, average value, min and max values.
  • The device has an RS-232 data interface for connecting a printer, PC, etc.
  • The device is operated with 2 1.5 V AAA batteries (included in delivery) and is supplied in a robust carrying case.
