Product Description
- Brantho-Korrux "3 in 1" offers corrosion protection on structures, vehicles and machines made of iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc. Non-ferrous metals, hard plastics, etc. in rural, urban, industrial and marine atmospheres.
- The one-component coating material can also be used for new and refurbished coatings as a base and top coat, and as a base coat also for 2K top coats. Ideal for systems in mixed construction.
- Brantho-Korrux "3 in 1" is used as a substitute for toxic red lead (DB-tested), as a substitute for environmentally problematic PVC coating materials (IKS-tested), in some areas as a substitute for unhealthy epoxy coating materials, in some areas as a substitute for complex acrylic -Coating materials and can be used as a high-quality substitute for simple alkyd paints.
- Brantho-Korrux "3 in 1" is a semi-gloss one-component coating material with very high adhesive strength and elasticity.
- Brantho-Korrux "3 in 1" is equipped with the following properties:
- Solvent-reduced, actively pigmented, very high coverage
- Universally applicable as a base coat or as a base and finish coat
- high resistance, suitable for almost all substrates
- high filling power, good edge coverage and quick drying
- meets the requirements of DIN 55928 and DIN EN ISO 12944
- Basis - combination of various polyester resins with environmentally friendly, highly effective pigments, free of lead chromate and zinc. Aromatic / xylene-free solvents.
- Delivery viscosity - approx. 150 sec / DIN 4 mm
- Thinner - Branth's Kombi-Verdünnung (short drying time) Branth's Spezial-Verdünnung (delayed drying)
- Specific weight - 1-1.5 depending on the color (RAL 9006 = 1)
- Solids content - approx. 70% (weight), approx. 53% (volume)
- VOC value - <400 g / ltr.
- Spreading rate - 8.8 m² / ltr. at 60 µ (arithmetical)
- Gloss level - 25-55% according to NCS (depending on color tone)
- Storage stability - 24 months (originally closed, cool, dry)
