Product Description
- The 1030-Extrusion automatic gun is ideal for applying beads or dots.
- The automatic gun can be used to apply grease, white glue, higher viscosity adhesives, casting compound or chocolate, for example.
- They are used for bonding, sealing, potting, dispensing and greasing.
- In the automotive industry, the gun is used for body joints, roof and window systems and hinges. Insulating materials, e.g. in the headliner, hood or side panels, are joined with special adhesives to reduce vehicle weight. It also contributes to noise and vibration damping. Bonded joints are used to minimize leaks and wind noise. The introduction of lubricants and greases into hinges is also necessary. Lubricating greases are extruded into hinges, vehicle door locks, drive shafts and much more to ensure smooth operation.
- 1030 extrusion is also used in the aerospace industry. Here, highly specialized adhesives and lubricants are used to securely bond components in aircraft and spacecraft or to ensure long-lasting mechanical movement. These application media must withstand extreme conditions, including vibrations, temperature fluctuations and changes in air pressure. Sealant adhesives/materials are extruded to close gaps and increase airtightness.
- The gun for solar panels is used in the energy industry. In the manufacture of solar panels, joints are glued between the frame and the solar element to make the modules watertight and at the same time ensure a high level of stability against wind and weather.
- In the wood and furniture industry, wooden parts are often joined together with adhesives to produce stable and durable furniture and other wooden structures. Classic wood glue application in dowel holes and grooves.
- In the packaging industry, adhesives are used to seal packaging and stabilize it during stacking. For safe transportation, an adhesive-like bead is applied between the cardboard boxes to prevent them from slipping.
- In the food industry, 1030 extrusion is used to apply chocolate decorations to food and confectionery.
