Product Description
- This automatic crimping tool is ideal for processing wire end sleeves with and without an insulating collar in accordance with the standards DIN 46228 and EN 50027.
- With the automatic crimping pliers with hexagon crimping, unnecessary cable and wire end sleeve waste can be avoided and process-reliable work can be guaranteed.
- These crimping pliers enable automatic adjustment to the ferrule size with the appropriate pressure.
- The crimping tool covers a large crimp range of 0.08 - 16 mm² and thus combines two crimping pliers in one compact.
- Thanks to the hexagonal crimping, it can be avoided that small ferrules get caught.
- The feed aid offers additional process reliability because it prevents the plastic jacket from crimping.
- Thanks to the automatic crimping function, the pliers are suitable for both empty tubes (up to 16 mm²) and twin tubes (up to 10 mm²).
- The elastic and shock-absorbing plastic handles enable comfortable, fatigue-free work.
- The crimping process can be stopped manually at any time using an integrated lever.
