- The air motor 4AM-FRV-63ALL offers a cost-effective solution for difficult drive problems and can be operated reversing in any mounting position.
- Air motor 4AM-FRV-63ALL with 8 blades in oil-free design, which eliminates the need for lubrication.
- It works according to the vane principle, the vanes are free to move in the sliding slots of the rotor, which are manufactured with high precision.
- Essentially, the motor consists of the rotor with rotor shaft, housing, bearing cover, vanes, rolling bearing and seal ring.
- In contrast to an electric motor, the air motor offers the advantage that it can be operated reversibly without damage, and it is also insensitive to dirt, moisture and aggressive media from the outside.
- Due to the simple geometry of the individual parts and the secure energy supply, a high level of operational reliability is ensured, and in contrast to an electric motor, maintenance costs are reduced.
- Depending on the speed, the operating pressure and the quality of the supplied compressed air, the blades reach an operating time of many thousands of hours, in case of wear the blades automatically readjust.
