Product Description
- The ADM modular adsorption dryers are highly efficient units for drying compressed air.
- The adsorption dryers allow the replacement of desiccant without dismantling the compressed air lines.
- The adsorption dryers consist of two aluminum profile columns, which contain the optimum amount of desiccant.
- During use, compressed air slowly flows alternately into both columns and is brought into contact with the desiccant, removing moisture from the air.
- Switching between the two columns works with a preset optimal cycle time of 10 minutes.
- The ADM-PDP series adsorption dryers are equipped with state-of-the-art pressure dew point control (PDP control).
- The adsorption dryers feature a touchscreen display controller, a measurement chamber for constant flow, and a precise dew point sensor, providing the highest quality compressed air drying at the lowest cost.
- Comprag's dew point dependent PDP control significantly reduces energy costs and ensures a constant and reliable dew point.
- Thanks to the specially designed controller in combination with the accurate and reliable dew point sensor, the PDP control keeps the regeneration time constant, while the adsorption time is set exactly proportional to the load situation, consuming only the amount of purge air actually needed.
- The operation is fully automatic, the control of the purge air volume is manual.
- The ADM-PDP adsorption dryers have pre-installed pre-filters and after-filters.
- At constant pressure, the pressure dew point is maintained at -40 °C, for efficient drying.
- It is a high quality desiccant with high specific surface area.
