Product Description
- The grinding pin is suitable for the fine grinding of press and forging dies and the fine grinding of welds made of stainless steel (INOX), titanium, light and non-ferrous metals as well as for pre-grinding as a preliminary step for polishing components for food and kitchen technology. It is used in conjunction with flexible shafts, electric and pneumatic straight grinders.
- The abrasive pencil is made with a special and soft PUR bond, which is homogeneously interspersed with the silicon carbide abrasive grain. The open structure and the elastic bond ensure a cool cut. The grinding pin achieves a very fine grinding pattern and a soft grinding behavior, at a cutting speed of 10 to 15 m / s the grinding pin achieves the best performance.
