Product Description
- The grinding pin is suitable for fine grinding hardened press and forging dies, bores and weld seams as well as for pre-grinding as a preliminary step for polishing in the field of turbine and engine construction on steel, stainless steel, titanium, light and non-ferrous metals in the area. It is used in conjunction with flexible shafts, electric and pneumatic straight grinders.
- The abrasive pen in the shape of a ball has a very hard and stable bond made of normal corundum and a textile fabric insert. The grain integration is very stable, which increases the aggressiveness of the grinding behavior, the grinding pattern produced is matt and fine. At a cutting speed of 20 to 30 m / s, the best results are achieved with the grinding pencil.
- For safety reasons, the max. permissible speed must not be exceeded.
