Product Description
- The grinding pin is suitable for the fine grinding of press and forging dies and the fine grinding of welds made of stainless steel (INOX), titanium, light and non-ferrous metals as well as for pre-grinding as a preliminary step for polishing components for food and kitchen technology. It is used in conjunction with flexible shafts, electric and pneumatic straight grinders.
- The abrasive pencil is made with a special and medium-hard PUR bond that is homogeneously interspersed with the abrasive grain silicon carbide. The medium-hard bond increases the aggressiveness when grinding in contrast to the version with a soft bond. The open structure and the elastic binding ensure a cool cut. The sanding pencil achieves a very fine sanding pattern
- at a cutting speed of 10 to 15 m / s, the grinding pin achieves the best performance.
- For safety reasons, the max. permissible speed must not be exceeded.
