Product Description
  • The AIRDUC® PUR 356 HT is suitable for use with warm and abrasive powder, bulk goods, granules, warm gases and for conveying granules and powder.
  • The hose can also be used in the plastics industry, as well as for powder, granules, sand, quartz, gravel, broken glass and shavings.
Application
  • The high temperature hose is super heavy and has very good heat resistance (better than comparable TPE and neoprene)
  • The AIRDUC® PUR 356 HT has a very high pressure, vacuum and peak pressure resistance, as well as good oil, petrol and chemical resistance and very good low-temperature flexibility.
Technical Data
  • Wall material - patented special premium high-temperature polyurethane HT-PUR (Pre-PUR®)
  • Wall thickness - wall thickness approx. 2.0 - 2.5 mm
  • Temperature range - -40°C to 125°C, briefly up to 150°C
  • RoHS compliant
  • according to DIN 26057 Type 4
  • Inside Ø - 50 to 152 mm
  • Outside Ø - 61 to 165 mm
  • Overpressure - 1.35 to 3.61 bar
  • Negative pressure - from 0.82 to 1 bar
