Product Description
- The AIRDUC® PUR 355 EC TWIN COLOR (HD) is ideally suited for use in potentially explosive areas and the high throughput of abrasive powder, bulk material, granulate and for gases.
- The PU suction and transport hose is used in combination with industrial vacuum cleaners, granulate transport devices, printing machines, blowers and compressors, for example in mines, tunnel construction, ventilation and methane gas extraction.
- The heavy-duty version of the AIRDUC® PUR 355 EC TWIN COLOR (HD) is smooth on the inside, highly abrasion-resistant, kink-proof, very robust and flexible with the smallest bending radii.
- The hose has increased pressure and vacuum resistance, high tensile and tear strength, good oil and petrol resistance, good chemical resistance.
- The wall is electrically conductive, the volume resistance and surface resistance is <10³ Ω (according to NFPA 652 <10⁶ Ω).
- The PU suction and conveying hose can be used for the pneumatic transport of flammable dust and bulk materials (zone 20, 21, 22 inside), for the aspiration of flammable dust (zone 22 inside), for conveying flammable liquids (zone 0, 1 , 2), for conveying non-flammable liquids, for use in zones 1 and 2 (gases), for use in zone 0 (gases).
